Youth Leader- Youth workers at the Y play a vital role in ensuring that the Y is implementing its Commitment to Young People, they work with and alongside young people on a variety of programs
Inclusion Team Leader- A Team Leader will oversee the onsite daily operation and direct support of a program and ensure the safety and satisfaction of participants and staff.
Inclusion Coordinator– A coordinator plays a vital leadership role in supporting people with disabilities to access programs and supports at the Y. They coordinate programs delivered at Y locations and in the community and lead a staff team of Disability Support Workers.
Inclusion Director- A Director plays a vital senior leadership role in overseeing program areas in which people with disabilities access supports at the Y. They have responsibility for understanding and implementing NDIS knowledge for their program areas, behaviour support implementation and incident management
Support Coordinator- Support Coordinators are responsible for the management of a person referred to the Y with a NDIS Plan under Coordination of Support and are responsible for the implementation and review of participants of NDIS Plans.
Inclusion Camp Support Worker – Camp Support Workers support participants during camp to engage in activities that are fun and provide social connection on a variety of camps. Camps run. Support Workers will ensure that all participants experience exciting activities, develop skills, interact socially, and meet personal goals. The Camp Support Worker will work on camp throughout the duration of the camp which can typically last from 1 to 4 days
