We are always looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to work in our Inclusion and Community Services.
Youth Leader- Play a vital role in ensuring the Y implements its Commitment to Young People. Work with and alongside young people on a variety of programs.
Inclusion Team Leader- Oversee and support the daily operation of a program. Ensure the safety and satisfaction of participants and staff.
Inclusion Coordinator- Play a vital leadership role in supporting people with disabilities to access Y programs. Coordinate programs delivered at Y locations and in the community and lead a team of disability support workers.
Inclusion Director- Play a vital senior leadership role, overseeing program areas accessed by people with disabilities. Take responsibility for understanding and implementing NDIS knowledge for program areas, implementing behaviour support and incident management.
Support Coordinator- Manage those referred to the Y with an NDIS Plan under Coordination of Support. Be responsible for the implementation and review of participants of NDIS Plans.
Inclusion Camp Support Worker- Support camp participants to engage in fun activities that provide social connection. Help all participants to experience exciting activities, develop new skills, interact socially and meet personal goals. Camps typically run for 1 to 4 days.
