Great customer service is crucial to the Y’s success. This award recognises someone who consistently provides fantastic service to our customers. 

A person who consistently looks out for the wellbeing of others, prioritising mental health and wellbeing.

Award for an innovative, top performing team who are high performers across financial sustainability, team engagement, customer service and community impact.

A person who has been a standout this year in one or more of the Y’s Vision 2030 pillars-community wellbeing, meaningful work, a sustainable and regenerated planet and/or a just world.

In recognition of someone who advocates for and supports the Y’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.

This award recognises someone this year who has inspired children and young people to be the best they can be.   

Award for a top performing leader in the Y who has shown inspirational leadership qualities this year. 

In recognition of a team member who has joined the team in the last 12 months and has become a shining star within the sector/site they work in – they have fitted right in and shine.

Open to all staff, volunteers, programs, teams and services within the Y.  This award seeks to highlight a dedication to empowering children and young people to feel safe and be safe at the Y, in their families and in their communities. 

As nominated by their peers, recognition of a highly valued colleague who goes above and beyond to support their peers to achieve shared goals.

In recognition of a Y program that is delivering above and beyond. 

In recognition of an exceptional staff person who represents the Y values, inspires people every day and is a great performer.
