Overview
The Wow Holiday program is an inclusive holiday program for young people aged 13 to 17 years with a mild to moderate disability.
The program supports participants to get out in their community, make new friends and add some excitement to their school holidays.

Cost: $50.00 per day*
*NDIS prices apply in addition to $50.00 daily program cost. Contact us for quotes.
Time: 9:00am to 5:00pm

What to bring
For day trips:
- a packed lunch
- comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor activities
- a drink bottle
- medication (as identified on a personal information form)
- change of clothes if required
- a raincoat in case of wet weather
- Companion Card
- any personal items (brought at a participant’s own risk).
Staff
Our experienced staff are well trained in working with people with a range of physical, cognitive and sensory abilities, and behavioural needs.
They help participants achieve their goals, gain confidence and create social networks. They are committed to ensuring every participant gets the most out of each activity.
The program provides 2 staff members for every 10 participants.
How to book
Step 1: Email a completed application form to whittlesea.disabilityservices@ymca.org.au
Step 2: Receive confirmation of enrolment.
Step 3: Pay for the program to secure your booking.
Payment details
The daily fee is $50. NDIS fees also apply to those with an approved plan. Pay all fees 2 weeks before the program starts to secure a place.

Participants are required to be on the program for a minimum of 7 hours per day.
Refunds
Once we have processed a booking, we are unable to refund fees for non-attendance. Please choose your days of enrolment carefully.
Pick-up and drop-off outside program times
Any participant that is picked up or dropped off outside of program times will have additional NDIS fees applied for continued staff support.
