Teacher- As a teacher at Y Community School, your mission is to create a vibrant and inclusive learning environment where we focus on each student as an individual with their own passions, skills, interests and needs. From developing personalised learning plans to fostering positive relationships with students and colleagues, you’ll be a key player in making education an exciting adventure.

Youth Worker- As a Youth Worker (Learning Support), dive into an exciting role where you’ll mentor, guide, and be a positive role model for students. From hands-on support to thrilling excursions, you’ll collaborate with teachers, leverage technology, and ensure a positive vibe in the classroom.

Wellbeing Lead- As our Wellbeing Leader, you’ll be the superhero of support, leading the charge in creating a happy and thriving school environment! From developing classroom programs to organising epic group activities, you’ll be the heart and soul of our wellbeing mission.

Campus Administrator- The lead in communications with families, students and staff around enrolments, school activities, and learning development. You will be the face of the school as you welcome and people through the doors.

Campus Principal- As the campus principal you will be the leader in developing a safe and inclusive learning environment for young people who are disengaged from education. With your teaching and wellbeing team you will develop supports, services, and programs to empower individuals to achieve their goals and lead dignified lives.
