Our large bright open rooms provide a wonderful space for community organisations, local sporting groups and businesses to hire out at a convenient central Westfield location.
Easy access via lift or stairs from the outdoor food precinct, welcomes your guests into an open foyer with seating for a personalised waiting space.
The room provides ample space for a range of activities with beautiful natural light from the windows over looking the shopping centre below.
Studio 1- Large room with tables and chairs, AV, projector screen and lectern. Perfect for team meetings, presentations and training sessions.
Studio 2- Large open room with storage for regular users. Great for fitness classes, dance classes, martial arts, sporting groups.

Room Hire Pricing
Studio 1- $75 per hour (casual) / $65 per hour (regular booking)
Studio 2- $63 per hour (casual) / $53 per hour (regular booking)
Terms and Conditions-
- $500 bond required when booking.
- Cancellation: given written cancellation at least 4 weeks in advance. (full hire or usage fees apply if this policy in not followed
- Invoices will be issued on a monthly basis
- Minimum hours per booking: (Monday-Thursday 1hr minimum bookings) (Friday-Sunday 2hr minimum bookings)
- Non for profit and community group hire rates upon request
- Regular user rates must book space for 1 month or longer
